We work hard to deliver fresh and high-quality chicken and meat products. Since our products are perishable, please read this Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing your order.
As our products are fresh and perishable food items, we do not accept returns once an order has been delivered successfully.
However, we do accept return or replacement requests only under certain conditions mentioned below.
You may request a replacement or refund if:
You receive the wrong item or quantity.
The product is damaged, spoiled, or leaked at the time of delivery.
The package was tampered with before delivery.
To be eligible:
You must contact us within 2 hours of delivery.
You must provide clear photos or videos of the damaged or incorrect product.
If your issue qualifies for a refund:

Share your order ID, photo evidence, and a short description of the issue.
Our team will verify and respond within 24 hours.
Once approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Orders can be canceled within 10 minutes of placing the order if the product has not yet been prepared or dispatched.
Once the order is packed or dispatched, cancellation will not be possible.
In case of prepaid orders, the refund for canceled orders will be initiated within 3–5 business days.
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
First, check your bank or payment app again.
Then contact your payment provider — sometimes it takes time before a refund is officially posted.
